Welcome to the Senoia Optimist Club!
The Optimist Club of Senoia is a civic organization that serves citizens in Coweta and Fayette counties, including the cities of Senoia, Sharpsburg, Turin, Haralson, Peachtree City, Brooks, etc. We were chartered June 6, 1985 by the Optimist Club of Fayetteville, Georgia.

We have an abbreviated schedule for our summer meetings. Instead of meeting the 1st & 3rd Thursdays, we will only meet on the 3rd Thursday in June, July, & August. Our summer meeting dates will be June 17, July 15, & August 19. We hope everyone has a great summer! Make your plans to attend one or all of our summer meetings as your schedule permits.

The motto of OI is “Friend of Youth”. For each Optimist member, it has been determined that approximately 30 young people are reached due to the various projects and programs conducted by the Optimist clubs around the globe. It is the special emphasis on helping young people and our communities that has led many members to select optimism as a way of life.
Optimist International programs provide meaningful club projects, create identity in the community, and help to fulfill a need in the lives of our youth as well as the adults who elect this opportunity to serve.
